If you plan on wearing them barefoot, I would go with the 24. If you plan on wearing them with socks I would go with 25.

Hey Ann,

These usually fit just fine with wide feet up to EEE. I would suggest a size 23 if you would like to wear barefoot or 24 if you would like to wear with socks.

The Santa Fe's are great hiking shoes! The crepe will wear more quickly than the leather, but both can be replaced.

I would recommend the leather sole. While the crepe has better traction in wet condtions, it may stick to the floor in some situations. The leather sole is a great all around sole.

Yes! Water won't hurt them. Just let them air dry after getting them wet. They may be slightly stiff after drying but will soften back up quickly. You can use leather conditioner to ensure they stay soft.
