- Please mail all returns and exchanges to us with a note included as to what size you need, or if you would like a refund. There is no RMA necessary and no time limit, however, all items sent back for return or exchange MUST be in NEW, SALABLE CONDITION.
We take much pride in the quality of our work. All of our products carry a satisfaction guarantee and a 90 day warranty on materials and workmanship. Within those 90 days we will repair or replace any defective product, at our discretion. For normal wear and tear or for repairs needed beyond the warranty, we will do repairs for the cost of materials, labor and shipping. For more information on repairs, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page. Unused products may be returned with a receipt for a refund of purchase price. Refunds will be for the product price only... shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Please keep in mind that our products stretch. All footwear should fit comfortably snug on a bare foot. Hats and mittens will stretch just a bit, so start with a comfortably snug fit. We will exchange once any new, unsoiled products at no charge beyond the cost of shipping the item to us. We will pay to ship the new item back to you for the first exchange. For multiple exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping in both directions. Please include receipt or name, number, and address with product.
Repairs
We only do repairs on our own products. Please clean your products before mailing them into the shop. Dirty products sent in for repair may incur a uncleaned product fee. Include your name, number, address, and desired repair and we will call you with an estimate and collect payment before we start work on the repair. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept any repairs between the dates October 1st - February 1st since this is our busiest time of the year. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
