Kid's Slippers for Back to School

Got that supply list or the endless Parent Handbook?

Many Montessori and Waldorf preschools and many other preschools require “first shoes”, “first walkers” or “indoor slipper shoes” to be worn at all times while inside. Some even specify handmade shoes in their back to school lists and handbooks!  Most Waldorf schools require non-marking indoor slipper shoes that the children can get on/off independently.

At Sundance Sheepskin & Leather we make several styles of children's slippers and moccasins, all of them handmade in Colorado.    In addition, all of our slippers are made from all natural USA sheepskin and are hand washable and oh so soft and comfortable, perfect for wearing at school.

All of our slippers and moccasins feature soft soles to make them both comfortable and flexible, perfect for new walkers!  Available sole options include: natural non-marking crepe rubber soles, durable cowhide leather, or suede.
