Our Guarantee
We take much pride in the quality of our work. All of our products carry a satisfaction guarantee and a 1 year warranty on materials and workmanship. Unused products may be returned for a full refund of purchase price or exchanged. Within the first year we will repair or replace any defective product.

Exchanges
Please keep in mind that our products stretch. All footwear should fit comfortably snug on a bare foot. Hats and mittens will stretch just a bit, so start with a comfortably snug fit. We will exchange any new, unsoiled products at no charge. 

Please mail all returns and exchanges to us with a note included as to what size you need, or if you would like a refund.
