We at Sundance strive for customer satisfaction, which this time of year includes getting those warm fuzzy gifts to our customers in time for Christmas. We will be doing our best to ship all orders very promptly. Most products ship within 3-4 days (rubber soled shoes and boots may take longer). If you have a question about exact shipping times, please contact us. We really do answer e-mails - and promptly.
The following guidelines should help you determine if your orders will arrive on time and what method of shipping you should choose. However, even following these guidelines we can not guarantee delivery by Christmas, so the best idea is to order early.
If it’s already too late for that, keep this in mind:
*Service is generally faster (and cheaper) to a business address than a residence
*Orders shipped to Colorado or states nearby including NM, KS, WY, UT and OK may be shipped via UPS ground up to December 20th.
*The final ground ship date to other states is December 16th
*Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air on December 20th have a good chance of being there in time - although weather delays are possible.
