Returns and Exchanges

    Please mail all returns and exchanges to us with a note included as to what size you need, or if you would like a refund. There is no RMA necessary and no time limit, however, all items sent back for return or exchange MUST be in NEW, SALABLE CONDITION.

Our Guarantee
We take much pride in the quality of our work. All of our products carry a satisfaction guarantee and a 90 day warranty on materials and workmanship. Within those 90 days we will repair or replace any defective product, at our discretion. For normal wear and tear or for repairs needed beyond the warranty, we will do repairs for the cost of materials and labor. For more information on repairs, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page. Unused products may be returned with a receipt for a full refund of purchase price or exchanged.

Please keep in mind that our products stretch. All footwear should fit comfortably snug on a bare foot. Hats and mittens will stretch just a bit, so start with a comfortably snug fit. We will exchange any new, unsoiled products at no charge beyond the cost of shipping the item to us. We will pay to ship the new item back to you. Please include receipt or name, number, and address with product.
